In Matthew 4:21-22, Jesus saw two fishermen tending their nets in a boat. Those men turned out to be the sons of a man named Zebedee, and their names were James and John. Jesus told the brothers to drop their nets and come follow Him because He would make them fisher of men. The Zebedee Bros. instantly dropped what they were doing, quit their jobs, and began to follow the Lord.
How many men would be willing to give up their lives to follow Jesus today? Making Disciples of all Nations has been commissioned to all that claim to follow Jesus, let us be reminded of that daily.
