Mark 4:23

²³ If anyone has ears to hear, let them hear.”

When Jesus shares a parable, He is comparing something seen with something that is unseen so that His followers may understand what He's teaching them. Not everyone will understand Him simply because some choose not to. But for those that want to understand Him, let them hear with their hears 

Matthew 13:16-17

¹⁶ But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. ¹⁷ For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.
