You are made in the Image of God, So act like it!

Genesis 1:27

So God created mankind in his own image,
    in the image of God he created them;
    male and female he created them.

The first 2 commandments that God gave Moses to share with his people were; 

1) Don't put any other (g)ods before me. (Exodus 20:3)

2) Don't make idols of any other (g)ods. (Exodus 20:4)

As followers of Jesus Christ, we understand that He didn't come to change the law of Moses, but to fulfill it (Matthew 5:17).  So as Disciples of Christ, we should be aware of the things in this world that cause us to break these commandments. 

If you found out that the name of the number 1 clothing brand in the world was named after the daughter of a greek (g)od, would you still wear it? If you found out that the logo of that same brand was taken from a statue of the daughter of that greek (g)od, would you still wear that brand?
